Step 2: Initial Discussion
If your initial qualifications align with our franchise requirements, we will schedule an introductory call. This conversation allows us to learn more about you, your background, your practice goals, and your expectations.
Step 3: Discovery Day
Once both sides agree there is potential alignment, you are invited to Discovery Day to meet the team, learn how the HealthSource practice model works, and experience the culture firsthand.
Step 4: Document Signing
After reviewing the Franchise Disclosure Document and completing the approval process, we move into document signing. This step officially begins your journey as a HealthSource franchise owner.
Step 5: Training
Comprehensive training introduces you to the HealthSource franchise model, systems, tools, and support structure. You will learn how to operate, manage, and grow your clinic with confidence.
Step 6: Buildout
While your training is underway, we assist with the buildout or conversion of your HealthSource clinic. From site selection to layout, equipment, technology, and branding, our support team helps prepare your space for opening. For conversions, HealthSource provides a step-by-step process for transitioning your existing practice to the HealthSource model.
Step 7: Opening Day And Beyond
Upon completion of training, conversion or buildout, and final preparations, you are ready to open your HealthSource clinic. HealthSource’s ongoing support continues after opening to help you operate and grow your practice.

After you request information, the HealthSource team will contact you to discuss your background, practice goals, and next steps. If there appears to be alignment, the process can continue with an introductory discussion and Discovery Day.
